AgentHost terms of service

These terms are the agreement between your organization and GTMVP Inc., which operates AgentHost. AgentHost is a business-to-business service for marketing agencies, not a consumer service. A signed order or statement of work controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, submitting the Team Builder, buying a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms for the organization you represent. You confirm that you are at least 18, can enter a binding contract, and have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not submit information, create an account, or buy the service.
The service
AgentHost provides a persistent workspace for AI agents in infrastructure you control. Growth Mode is a founder-led service for setting up, testing, and documenting one recurring marketing agency workflow. Automatic checks at each outside action, certification, earned authority, and unattended execution of consequential actions are on the roadmap unless a page or written order clearly says a capability is available now.
Accounts and your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information, account security, lawful instructions, and all activity under your accounts. You must have the rights, notices, and consents needed for any data, models, ads, client accounts, and tools you use. Do not place passwords, payment card numbers, health data, government identifiers, or other regulated data in the Team Builder or send it to us unless a written agreement expressly covers that data.
Your data and confidential information
You keep ownership of your data and materials. You give GTMVP Inc. a limited right to use application, account, and support information only to provide, secure, support, bill, and improve the service and meet legal duties. Each party will protect the other party's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the service, support, or legal compliance. If you invite us into your environment for setup or support, you control and may revoke that access.
Models and connected services
Model providers, cloud platforms, MCP servers, CRMs, ad platforms, and other tools stay under your accounts and their own terms. You authorize them in your environment; AgentHost does not need your CRM or ad-platform OAuth grant. Connection availability varies by provider, plan, account, and tool and is not guaranteed unless it is named in your written activation plan. GTMVP Inc. is not responsible for a third party's availability, security, pricing, output, or data practices.

The exact price, billing interval, taxes, and purchase details appear in Stripe Checkout and any written order before payment. The Team Builder is an application, not a purchase. A recurring plan renews until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period and does not reverse work already delivered, except under the Growth Mode 30-day guarantee, the connector guarantee below, or where law requires otherwise. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, and similar taxes.
Growth Mode 30-day guarantee
The 30-day period starts when Stripe confirms your first Growth Mode payment. The first workflow is complete when the agreed workflow is set up and tested against the agreed examples, with its current limits and operating notes documented. If that has not happened by day 30, GTMVP Inc. will refund 100% of that first Growth Mode payment. The refund also ends Growth Mode and cancels future renewals. Email steve@stevekaplan.ai to claim it. This guarantee does not promise a business result, automated certification, or unattended operation.
3-business-day connector guarantee
An active Growth Mode customer may name a model provider or tool that is not listed on the Integrations page when they ask. Within 3 business days, GTMVP Inc. will either provide a supported model-provider, MCP, or API configuration path for that request or refund the current Growth Mode payment. The refund ends Growth Mode and cancels future renewals. This guarantee does not make a third party's access, pricing, output, or availability our promise.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law or another party's rights, bypass access controls, send spam, distribute malware, interfere with the service, gain access to another customer's data, or give an agent authority you do not have. You remain responsible for legal review and human approval of work that affects clients, ad spend, public claims, personal data, or other people.
Ownership and feedback
GTMVP Inc. owns AgentHost, the website, documentation, software, and related intellectual property. These terms do not transfer that ownership. If you send feedback or ideas, you permit us to use them without payment or restriction, but we do not obtain ownership of your agency data or client work.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access or work that poses a security, legal, payment, or abuse risk. Either party may end the agreement for a material breach that is not fixed within 30 days after written notice; an urgent security or unlawful-use risk may be suspended at once. Payment duties, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms survive termination.
Warranties and service limits
We will provide paid services with commercially reasonable skill and care. Except for that promise and written commitments, the service, site, plans, simulations, and AI output are provided “as is” and “as available.” AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before it creates a consequence. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a business result, legal compliance, or compatibility with every provider or tool.
Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid GTMVP Inc. in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment duties, fraud, willful misconduct, a confidentiality breach, or liability that law does not allow us to limit. You will defend and indemnify GTMVP Inc. against third-party claims caused by your data, unlawful instructions, connected accounts, violation of another party's rights, or breach of the acceptable-use section.
Governing law and general terms
Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any written order are the full agreement. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign the agreement without our consent; GTMVP Inc. may assign it to a successor in a merger, reorganization, or sale.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here and, for active account holders, sent by email or shown in the service before they take effect.
